New Plan
As my last idea went wrong, I needed to adapt what I had done into a new design. Upon looking at the new Twitter home page, I saw a map and decided that if I just had circles over places instead of the clocks, I could keep the circles from the clocks and instead of manipulating the hands, I could scrap that and just change the value of the circle's radius instead.
